Installation

Millwood will provide installation for all types of packaging equipment. This service can include:

· Site preparation

Startup & Training

Startup and Training is available and customer-specific based on your specific job requirements. This service can include:

· Standard system preparation, set-up, installation and start-up by Liberty's certified technicians
· Operator and maintenance personnel training and support
· Visit for system manufacturing location for inspection and sign off
· 24 hour / 7 days a week response

Preventive Maintenance Programs

Millwood certified factory technician will perform a complete inspection and adjustment of your existing stretch wrap system to include:

· Verification of gearbox lubrication level
· Calibration of all electrical boards and components
· Lubrication and inspection of all chains
· Inspection and adjustment of sprockets for wear and alignment
· Inspection of motors
· Inspection of turntable, rotary arm, column and column carriage support system
· Complete test of all system functions

Standard PM Program Schedule
· Minimum of two (2) visits per calendar year
· Each visit is scheduled one (1) month in advance
· Access to system without production is requested and necessary in most cases
