PDS (Pallet Design Services)

Millwood Inc. is a licensed user of the NWPCA's Pallet Design System software. Computer design and analysis of potential pallet designs and performance are available from Liberty Technologies. This allows your organization the ability to evaluate designs and performance before testing, reducing time, effort and costs in development of new pallet specifications. PDS gives you versatility, profiles materials that enhance quality and save you money, takes the guesswork out of pallet performance, meets real world challenged, and enhances workplace safety. Overall, PDS ensures agreement between the pallet user and the pallet supplier.

CAD Design (Computer Aided Design)

Similar to PDS, Millwood also offers CAD to help free you from engineering design costs as well as reducing design time. It is used to develop optimum pallet design at minimum cost as single or multiple-use

Recovery Network

With Recovery Network, Millwood frees you from environmental backlash. Designed to provide recovery and reuse of your pallets, this service saves you money with a 'cost per use' operation.

Testing Services

Millwood will provide Testing Services to free you from pallet failure anxiety.
A certified N.S.T.A. lab evaluates your unit load design and provides performance summaries that are recognized by freight haulers.

Inventory Control

Inventory Control frees you from inventory management costs. Our JIT and onsite inventory programs save our customers time and storage space. Soon we will offer both ECI and E-mail transactions.

Recycle Programs

Along with remaining environmentally aware, Millwood's Recycle Programs will free you from paying scrap pallet removal and sorting costs.  Our recycling programs can include old pallet removal, sorting and either repair/return or disposal features to effectively reduce costs.

Warehousing & Distribution Services

Millwood can provide strategic inventory management and a re-distribution program in a secure, clean facility backed up by timely, cost effective logistical coordination. This will allow you to better utilize your valuable manufacturing space to produce revenue while we supply the needed packaging/material handling products as needed.
