Lionel "Chip" Trebilcock
Lionel “Chip” Trebilcock is a President and Co-Founder of Millwood, Inc., a national leader in pallet manufacturing, packaging systems, and supply chain solutions. Chip’s career began at Litco, the company founded by his father, Corky Trebilcock. After years of success there, he launched Trebco in 1995 and partnered with Steve Miller to establish Millwood the following year. Their vision combined entrepreneurial drive with a deep commitment to people — a foundation that continues to shape Millwood’s growth and culture today.
From its first operation in Vienna, Ohio, Millwood has expanded to more than 40 locations across the United States, serving customers in virtually every major industry. The company designs and delivers new, used, and reconditioned pallets, industrial packaging equipment, and custom crate solutions. Chip’s leadership emphasizes stewardship — cultivating a workplace where business excellence and genuine care for people coexist.
A hallmark of that mission is Millwood’s chaplain program, which provides team members at every location with personal and spiritual support. These chaplains organize retreats, family events, and outreach opportunities, helping team members grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Chip and his wife, Cindy, continue to make Vienna, Ohio, their home. Together, they reflect the values at the heart of Millwood: faith, family, and a purpose-driven commitment to love and serve others.

Today, Millwood has over 2,000 team members in 40 locations throughout the contiguous United States. Her work ensures that quality, service and pricing align to create the best possible outcomes for both customers and suppliers.
Traci’s path to Millwood began when she attended a job fair at a local university after being laid off from her previous position. Millwood happened to be one of the participating companies, and the opportunity to join a growing, values-driven organization fit what she was looking for. Since then, she has become an integral part of the sourcing team, known for her professionalism and commitment to doing things the right way.
For Traci, the part of Millwood’s culture that resonates most is its commitment to family. “They view family as a priority, not an inconvenience,” she says. “That’s hard to find.” This perspective shapes how she approaches her work and interactions, emphasizing respect, balance and empathy.
While Traci primarily works with Millwood’s supplier base, her focus is always on how her efforts can improve quality, service and pricing for the end user. She believes in leading with honesty and doing what’s right, even when the news isn’t always good. “If you do right by people and are honest, you can work through any situation,” she says.
Her straightforward approach and genuine care for others make her a valued teammate across Millwood’s network. Through integrity, hard work and perspective, Traci helps Millwood continue to deliver excellence with heart.
Zach Wegener
As Millwood’s Product Line Manager for Custom Crating, Zach leads the development and management of all “value-add” packaging products that go beyond standard pallets. His work brings together creativity, technical expertise and collaboration to design solutions that help customers protect and transport their products safely and efficiently. From initial concept to finished product, Zach oversees every stage of the process guiding teams, refining designs and ensuring Millwood continues to set the standard for quality and innovation in custom packaging.
Zach has spent roughly a decade in the custom packaging solutions industry, a field that perfectly blends his passion for problem solving with hands-on creativity. “What drew me to the packaging industry is the ability to see a product move from an idea to a physical product,” he says. “My passion is to help solve a problem with a creative solution, and the packaging space allows me to do this every day.” That mindset, finding better ways to meet customer needs, is what continues to drive his work at Millwood.
One of Zach’s key accomplishments has been leading the establishment of Millwood’s design team for value-add packaging. Creating a team that could design, test and deliver custom crating and packaging solutions was both a challenge and a significant milestone. “The pursuit of standardized processes for value-add packaging is challenging and rewarding,” he explains. “It’s about creating systems that make innovation repeatable and consistent so every customer gets a solution that’s efficient, reliable and built to last.”
Zach’s leadership extends beyond operations and process improvement. He plays a crucial role in advancing Millwood’s capabilities within the custom packaging space, working closely with engineers, designers and production teams to explore new materials, technologies and methods. His efforts have strengthened Millwood’s position as a trusted partner for customers with complex, high-value packaging needs.
What stands out most to Zach about Millwood is its authenticity. “The genuine heart and soul of Millwood beats throughout all parts of the business,” he says. “I consistently feel the intentional message that our Pillars send throughout Millwood, our customers, our vendors and our communities.” For him, Millwood’s commitment to trust, servitude, discipleship and integrity isn’t just a set of values; it’s a way of life that defines how the company serves others.
Zach’s leadership style is guided by his beliefs that leading with empathy creates stronger teams, clearer communication and better outcomes for everyone. “I lead with compassion, intention and respect,” he says. “That’s how I try to approach every decision and every relationship whether it’s with a team member, a customer or a partner.”
Under Zach’s guidance, Millwood continues to expand its value-add offerings and strengthen its expertise in custom crating. His focus on building systems, teams and relationships ensures that Millwood’s solutions meet both the functional and relational needs of its customers providing quality products backed by a company that truly cares.
For Zach, being part of Millwood means more than overseeing a product line; it’s about building something lasting. It’s about combining creativity with purpose and using his skills to serve people in meaningful ways. Through his leadership, innovation and heart for others, Zach continues to help Millwood grow its impact while staying true to the mission that drives everything the company does.
When he’s not leading projects or mentoring his team, he spends time with his family, enjoying the moments that keep him grounded and inspired.
Joel Clifford
As Director of Sales for Millwood’s Crating Division, Joel leads the strategic direction, growth and support of all crating sales operations across the company. His role involves developing market strategies, guiding sales teams and ensuring that Millwood’s custom crating solutions meet the highest standards of quality, service and innovation. With a focus on relationships, integrity and results, Joel helps strengthen Millwood’s presence in the industrial packaging and crating market while staying true to the company’s faith-driven mission and values.
Joel brings more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry to his role. Before joining Millwood, he worked with a packaging company where he gained extensive knowledge of industrial materials, design solutions and customer partnerships. His decision to join Millwood was driven by more than just professional opportunity — it was about purpose. “I was attracted to the values and mission of Millwood as well as the challenge of building a crating division,” Joel says. “It was clear from the start that this was a company grounded in faith and committed to putting people first.”
Since stepping into his role, Joel has led a full re-evaluation and restructuring of Millwood’s crating division. He has analyzed the company’s approach to the market, assessed personnel needs and made bold changes to align the team with long-term growth goals. “We made a complete 180 and hit the restart button,” he says. “That process has been both challenging and rewarding, but it’s exciting to see how far we’ve come and how much potential there is ahead.”
For Joel, the work goes far beyond sales metrics and business plans. He sees every relationship — with Team Members, customers and partners — as an opportunity to build trust, demonstrate care and reflect Millwood’s mission in action. What stands out most to him about the company is its culture of faith, family and authenticity. “It’s the family aspect and the fact that Millwood is not bashful about its faith in God,” he says. “We put our people first. That’s what truly sets this company apart.”
Joel’s leadership philosophy centers on three core principles — honesty, integrity and humility. These values, he believes, are the foundation of strong leadership and lasting relationships. “Always pursue honesty, integrity and humility in decisions and in how you lead,” Joel says. “The impact of staying true to these values sticks long after the decisions are made.” Whether he’s coaching his team, guiding a customer conversation or navigating a challenge, Joel strives to lead with transparency and grace.
While expanding Millwood’s crating division, Joel is making strides toward creating a cohesive, service-focused team. His goal is to build a division known not only for its products but also for its people — a Team that reflects the same faith, care and excellence that define Millwood as a whole. “We’re just getting started,” he says, “but the vision is clear. We’re building something that will last.”
Beyond the business side of his role, Joel is deeply motivated by the opportunity to serve others. He finds fulfillment in helping his Team Members grow, both professionally and personally, and in creating an environment where collaboration and encouragement thrive. For him, success isn’t just about numbers — it’s about impact.
Joel’s approach embodies the spirit of Millwood’s mission statement: that all who come in contact with the company would clearly see the love of Christ in all that it does. His leadership, grounded in faith and humility, continues to shape the future of Millwood’s crating operations and inspire those around him to pursue excellence with purpose.
As he looks ahead, Joel remains focused on growth — not only for the division but for the people who make it possible. Through his integrity, vision and servant leadership, he is helping build a legacy of faith and innovation that will carry Millwood’s crating division forward for years to come.

Herb Hoffman
Herb oversees sales in Millwood’s Lumber Sourcing office in Columbus, Ohio where he focuses on developing the next generation of the team and driving new business opportunities. With decades of experience in the lumber industry, Herb brings not only deep market knowledge but also a genuine care for people, relationships and faith that reflects the heart of Millwood’s culture.
Herb’s professional journey began in the paint industry, working for his family’s business. When that business was sold, he transitioned into lumber sales, where he built his career for the next 20 years. Herb later followed another coworker to Millwood — a move that felt like both a continuation and a new beginning.
Throughout his career at Millwood, Herb has earned recognition for his performance and leadership, including the Bronze and Silver President’s Awards for sales excellence. While those achievements are meaningful, Herb measures his success in other ways. “It’s wonderful to work for an organization that recognizes and appreciates your efforts,” he says, “but the most important and meaningful part of my job has been the friends I’ve made — with vendors, customers and the people at Millwood.”
Faith has always been a defining part of Herb’s life and work. One of the moments that left a lasting impression on him came early in his time at Millwood, when he first met co-founder Chip. “We prayed together at an event at Youngstown State University,” Herb recalls. “I’ll always remember that moment. It was a breath of fresh air. I always knew there was strength in my faith, but now I was part of an organization that clearly felt the same way.”
Herb’s approach to business and leadership is rooted in the moral foundation instilled by his family. “People of character do the right thing even if no one is looking and even if it costs more than they want to pay,” he says. That belief has guided his decisions, relationships and work ethic throughout his life.
His father’s example also played a powerful role in shaping his perspective. The experience of his father overcoming polio was an enormous challenge for his family. “Even churches turned us away as they were afraid of the disease,” Herb remembers. “But my father’s faith never faltered, and eventually we were welcomed by the Christian Science Church.” That determination, courage and steadfast faith left an enduring mark on Herb and continue to influence how he faces challenges today.
For Herb, Millwood has been far more than a workplace. It has been a community — a place where his personal and professional values align. Over the years, he has traveled across Ohio and Indiana, meeting entrepreneurs, suppliers and customers from all walks of life. Each connection has added meaning to his work and reinforced his belief that success is measured not only in sales but in relationships built on honesty, integrity and respect.
“Millwood has been more than just an income for me,” Herb says. “I’ve had the privilege of meeting interesting people, helping entrepreneurs succeed and making many friends along the way.”
Through faith, perseverance and a lifelong commitment to doing what’s right, Herb Hoffman continues to serve as a steady and trusted presence within Millwood’s Lumber Sourcing team — someone who lives the values he learned long before joining the company and who models them every day in his work and relationships.
Drew Dersom
As part of Millwood’s Lumber Sourcing team, Drew plays a key role in purchasing lumber for Millwood’s mills to ensure they maintain the inventory needed to operate efficiently. He also sources lumber for external customers, balancing cost, quality and delivery to meet each partner’s needs. Drew’s work helps strengthen Millwood’s supply chain while supporting the company’s mission to serve with integrity and excellence.
Before joining Millwood, Drew spent more than a decade with UPS in management roles. While he valued the experience and skills gained during his time there, the pace eventually took its toll. A Millwood employee shared his own experience of Millwood’s culture and values and thought Drew would be a strong fit. After meeting the team and interviewing, Drew joined Millwood in January 2025 and immediately felt at home.
For Drew, what stands out most about Millwood is the company’s emphasis on doing what’s right. “We’re encouraged to do the right thing,” he says. “Not just what’s best for the bottom line, but the honorable thing. I like the ethics that this company has and encourages.” That philosophy guides how Drew approaches his work with customers and colleagues alike.
Drew’s primary customer is an Austrian-owned company with its North American headquarters in Ohio. Millwood’s Apple Creek operation cuts and builds all of their materials, and Drew plays an essential role in keeping that partnership running smoothly.
He attributes much of his growth to the strong leadership around him. “I’m blessed to have fantastic leadership in my office,” he says. “Our managers lead by example and are always glad to lend a hand.”
Outside of work, he spends much of his free time coaching his sons’ flag football and basketball teams and working with Bexley Youth Tackle Football. He’s also an avid, though self-proclaimed “poor,” golfer and a passionate fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Kentucky Wildcats.
Tim Hambleton
As part of Millwood’s Lumber Sourcing team, Tim is responsible for purchasing softwood lumber for Millwood’s plants and a range of industrial customers that depend on consistent, high-quality supply. His focus is on building reliable partnerships and ensuring that every transaction supports the long-term success of both Millwood and its customers.
Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in product management and procurement to his role. Before joining Millwood, he spent his career developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships and finding ways to create value beyond cost savings. When the opportunity arose to apply his skills in a new environment, Millwood offered the perfect fit — a place where he could continue to grow professionally while contributing to a company built on integrity and service.
What stands out most to Tim about Millwood is the company’s positive work environment and the authenticity of its people. “I enjoy the kindness of the organization and the people I work with,” he says. “It’s refreshing to be part of a culture that values teamwork and genuine relationships.”
Tim and his team primarily serve industrial users of softwood lumber who purchase full truckload quantities. This includes companies in pallets, crating and truss manufacturing, as well as some lumber yards that supply materials to the building industry. His goal is always to do more than simply fulfill orders — he strives to provide insight, reliability and partnership that customers can depend on.
His approach to work and leadership is guided by respect, honesty and kindness. “I treat everyone as I expect to be treated,” Tim says. “I try to find ways to add value for customers and Team Members and to not just be a transactional supplier.”
By combining experience, integrity and a genuine desire to help others succeed, Tim continues to strengthen Millwood’s sourcing network and its reputation for service and trust.

Jody Jones
As Millwood’s Lead Regional Chaplain Coordinator, Jody helps oversee the company’s chaplain ministry and leads efforts to implement programs that encourage Team Members to grow personally, professionally and spiritually. His role combines pastoral care, leadership and relationship building, creating opportunities for Millwood Team Members to experience encouragement, support and spiritual renewal in their daily lives and work.
Jody’s journey to Millwood began with a clear calling to ministry in the early 2000s. He has served as a senior pastor since 2010, guiding his congregation with faith and dedication. “God led me to Millwood by His providence,” Jody says. “It’s been an amazing ride and such a privilege to see so many lives touched by the Millwood Cares ministry.” His work with Millwood allows him to extend his ministry beyond the church walls, reaching people where they are and reminding them that faith and work can walk hand in hand.
Of all aspects of Millwood’s culture, it’s the mission statement that resonates most deeply with Jody — that all who come in contact with Millwood would clearly see Christ in all that we do. That guiding purpose fuels his commitment to help every Team Member not only find success in their work but also grow in their walk with Jesus. “My focus is to see Team Members grow in their walk with Jesus and have victory in their lives,” he says.
The values that shape Jody’s leadership are rooted in biblical integrity and the Great Commission from Matthew 28:19-20, which calls believers to share their faith and serve others with love and humility.
Jody has been a minister of Christ for more than twenty years. When he’s not ministering or mentoring others, Jody enjoys being outdoors — hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and camping. For him, every moment outside is another reminder of God’s presence and grace.

Josh Stipanovich
As Communications Manager at Millwood, Josh oversees all internal and external communications, ensuring that Millwood’s mission and message are shared clearly and consistently across every platform. He manages programs that include company-wide communications through the Intranet and location-based communications centers, website articles, case studies, press releases, trade show promotions, and public relations efforts. Josh also collaborates closely with the Marketing Team to develop print, digital and video content that supports regional and national sales initiatives.
Josh joined Millwood in 2014 as a Marketing Project Specialist, bringing with him a background in journalism and professional communication. He previously worked as a beat reporter for a local newspaper before transitioning into marketing at a Youngstown-based startup. His career at Millwood has steadily grown — from Multimedia Manager leading a small creative team to his current leadership role in Communications. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in major projects such as redeveloping Millwood’s Intranet, launching HubSpot to support sales, helping drive a recent rebrand project and revamping the company website.
“What I love most about my job is the people,” Josh says. “I’ve had the opportunity to meet, learn from, and collaborate with team members across the business. Each project we complete together supports the growth of Millwood internally and externally.”
What truly sets Millwood apart for Josh is its Christ-centered, faith-based culture and commitment to people. “Millwood is a Faith-based business that wants everyone who comes in contact with us to see the love of Christ in all we do,” he explains. “We live out our mission through our four pillars — trust, servitude, discipleship and integrity — and we truly are a family.”
Josh’s journey with Millwood also led to a personal transformation. At a company event in 2018, he gave his life to Jesus — a moment that changed everything. “Before Millwood, I didn’t have faith in God,” he shares. “Thanks to this company, I now know my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” Today, Josh leads his team with compassion and strives to reflect Christ’s love through his work, his leadership and his life.
