As Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, Bryan Ware partners with customers to provide total packaging solutions that include pallets, crates, corner board and film. His approach focuses on understanding each customer’s unique needs and helping them find practical, cost-effective solutions that improve efficiency and reliability across their operations. Bryan believes that strong relationships and personal connection are at the heart of every successful business partnership.
Bryan joined Millwood with more than 20 years of experience in outside business to business sales. Although the pallet industry was new to him, he quickly found his footing with the help of Millwood’s dedicated sales development team. “They taught me the pallet industry and supported my growth every step of the way,” Bryan says. “They’ve helped refine my skills and strengthen my ability to grow in my sales career.” That support, combined with Millwood’s values-driven culture, has made his transition both rewarding and meaningful.
What stands out most to Bryan about Millwood is its people. “I feel like Millwood is family,” he says. “There’s a level of care here that I have seldom seen in the workplace. People truly care for one another, and that makes me proud to be a part of this company.”
Bryan’s values guide every customer relationship he builds.
