David Haubert serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Millwood’s Midwest Region where he leads customer relationships, supports regional growth and delivers solutions that strengthen supply chain performance. With more than three decades of professional experience, Dave brings a strong background in sales, logistics and strategic leadership to his role, helping customers navigate complex packaging needs with confidence.

Prior to joining Millwood, David spent 12 impactful years at an express delivery company where he advanced into the role of shift supervisor. During his time there, he developed a deep understanding of logistics operations, process improvement and Team leadership. Those years laid a solid foundation for his transition into Sales Management and customer-focused roles where operational knowledge and relationship building go hand in hand.

At Millwood, David is known for his commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth. He holds certifications in Pallet Design and Crate Design and Performance, further strengthening his expertise in packaging optimization and innovation. These credentials allow him to provide informed guidance and practical solutions that align with customer goals while maintaining efficiency and performance.

David’s leadership approach is rooted in integrity, resilience and accountability. He believes that success is built through trust, preparation and consistency. Outside of work, David is a devoted family man who values time spent with his wife Shamaine and their three children.
