Doug Flere serves as Director of National Account Sales at Millwood where he leads a diverse Team focused on delivering consistent service and long-term value to customers across the country. In his role Doug oversees three National Account Managers, two Sourcing Managers and four Customer Support Managers. Together this team supports Millwood’s National Account customers through collaboration, trust and a shared commitment to excellence.

Doug’s journey with Millwood began in 2005 when he joined the company as a Customer Service Manager. After one year he stepped into the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Red River Territory. In 2011 Doug transitioned into National Accounts Sales Manager where he expanded his experience working with multi-location customers. By 2016 he was appointed Assistant Sales Director of the Western States and in 2023 he assumed his current role as Director of National Account Sales.

One of Doug’s proudest accomplishments is having served in nearly every role within Millwood’s sales organization. This wide range of experience has given him a deep understanding of the business and the industry Millwood serves. It has also shaped how he approaches leadership and customer relationships.
