As Regional Sales Manager for Millwood’s Northeast region, covering Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Jack is committed to building and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding partnerships and ensuring that Millwood’s commitment to quality and service is upheld across every interaction. He works closely with customers and internal teams to deliver packaging and pallet solutions that meet each partner’s unique operational needs.
Before joining Millwood, Jack spent nearly two decades in snack food sales and distribution, helping both national and emerging brands expand their market presence. That experience gave him a deep understanding of customer service, logistics and the importance of trusted partnerships — all skills he now brings to his work at Millwood. What drew Jack most to the company was its culture of support and the leadership’s genuine commitment to both its people and its customers. “I was drawn to Millwood by the culture and the support that leadership provides,” Jack says. “It’s a place that truly values people and purpose.”
Since joining the team, Jack has focused on strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding Millwood’s reach through new partnerships in his region. He takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions — not just products — by taking time to listen, understand and problem-solve collaboratively.
