As Customer Support Manager for Millwood’s National Accounts Division, Janet Fleischer supports three of the company’s largest accounts and programs. With two decades of service at Millwood, she plays an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction, program growth and operational excellence across multiple industries. Known for her organization, determination and ability to build lasting relationships, Janet approaches every challenge with a “get it done” attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Janet’s path to Millwood combined her experience in accounting, production management and outside sales — a unique blend that perfectly prepared her for her role. 

“During my interview, we realized that my background made me an independent, sales-driven, problem-solving professional who desperately needed to organize and color code things,” she laughs. “It made me a perfect fit for the National Accounts Division.” When she expressed that ‘building customer and vendor relationships with trust is the driving force to success in any industry,’ the Millwood team responded, ‘Here’s your desk.’”

Over the past 20 years, Janet has achieved numerous milestones. She has received the President’s Club Sales Award for eight consecutive years. She grew a 22-location national account into one of Millwood’s top five. 

Challenged to “get this account current” she spent hundreds of hours working with the Accounts Payable and IT departments to determine the root cause. After years of issues, the customer eventually processed thousands of corrections moving the account to current status within eight months. 

She is most proud to have helped build, enhance and grow a Millwood National Account Sort and Repair Program, turning it into one of the company’s top accounts for over 15 years. For this customer, she was integral in helping to develop Millwood’s PalletView software, which is used to manage this account and subsequently many others for Millwood.

Janet’s success comes from her deep understanding that Millwood’s strength lies in its people and its purpose.
