Director of Sales - Eastern Region

Kyle Countryman serves as Director of Sales for Millwood’s Eastern Region where he leads a diverse Team that includes Regional Sales Managers, Customer Support Managers, Sourcing Managers, Team Leads and additional support members. In this role Kyle focuses on driving performance, strengthening collaboration and ensuring customers receive consistent and dependable solutions across the region.

As his career progressed Kyle became increasingly intentional about aligning his professional path with his personal values and strengths. After researching Millwood and learning more about its culture and direction, he recognized a strong fit. The company’s commitment to integrity, service and long term growth made the opportunity feel like a natural next step in his leadership journey.

One of Kyle’s key milestones has been earning the trust to lead larger initiatives and mentor others within the organization. He views leadership development as one of his most meaningful responsibilities. Leading through seasons of uncertainty has also shaped his approach. Those experiences required adaptability, clear communication and steady guidance. Kyle is proud of helping build a culture centered on accountability and collaboration, resulting in consistent performance and measurable team growth.

He has contributed by strengthening Team structure, improving execution standards and guiding change initiatives across the region.
