Timi Williams serves as the Customer Support Manager for National Accounts at Millwood where she supports customers with multiple locations and works closely with sales managers to ensure consistent service and strong communication across every account. In her role Timi helps coordinate day-to-day support, solve challenges and strengthen relationships that allow customers to operate with confidence.

Timi’s path to Millwood began through a referral from a friend, and she was immediately drawn to the culture she encountered. After many years working as an account manager, she recognized that the family environment at Millwood was something rare and meaningful. From the start she felt welcomed into a company that values people, faith and teamwork, and she is grateful to be part of an organization where those values are lived out daily.

Recently celebrating her one-year anniversary with Millwood, Timi reflects on a year filled with learning and growth. She has embraced the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the business while building strong partnerships with customers and internal teams. Each new challenge has helped her grow professionally, and she looks forward to continuing that journey as part of the National Accounts Team.
