As Regional Sales Manager for Millwood’s Carolinas Region of North and South Carolina, Tyler is part of a dedicated team that includes Sourcing Manager Connie Starr and Customer Support Manager Lisa Luck. Together, they serve customers across the region by providing reliable packaging and pallet solutions while maintaining the highest standards of service, integrity and care.

Tyler brings more than a decade of sales experience to his role, having worked in both insurance and construction equipment before joining Millwood. Drawn to the company’s strong values and Christ-centered culture, he saw in Millwood not just a great professional opportunity but a place that aligned with his personal beliefs and purpose. “I wanted to find a company that shared my values,” Tyler says. “Millwood fit that perfectly — and the fact that it’s in a great industry within manufacturing and sales made it even better.”

Since joining, Tyler has focused on building and strengthening his territory — a process filled with both challenges and rewarding milestones. One highlight was earning Millwood’s Golden Corner Board Award, recognizing his success in identifying and closing strong new accounts for the company’s growing corner board manufacturing operation. He values the relationships he’s built along the way, crediting his teammates and customers as key contributors to his success.

Outside of the office, Tyler prioritizes time with his family, enjoys watching football, playing pickleball and relaxing with friends — often over a good conversation and an occasional bourbon.
