Zach Lopez

Regional Sales Manager - Central Texas Region

As a Regional Sales Manager for Millwood, Zach leads with a deep commitment to serving customers, developing long-term partnerships and upholding the values that define the Millwood culture. He oversees sales operations across his region, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver pallet and crating solutions that are practical, efficient and built on trust.

Zach’s path to Millwood was shaped by his appreciation for what the company stands for — integrity, service and faith. He was drawn to the pallet and crating industry because of its reach and diversity. “We get to be in every industry,” he says. “From dog food to rocket ships, we have a hand in helping customers across the entire spectrum of business.” That variety, along with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for customers, continues to fuel his enthusiasm for the work.

In his role, Zach finds the greatest satisfaction in solving problems rather than just selling products. “The industry is always challenging when it’s only about price,” he explains. “But when we can find real solutions for our customers and build lasting partnerships — there’s truly nothing better.” His approach reflects Millwood’s customer-first philosophy: being accessible, responsive and committed to doing what’s right, not just what’s profitable.

Zach also played a role in helping roll out Millwood’s new brand identity, collaborating with the communications team on refining language and messaging to better express who Millwood is and what it stands for.

His leadership and daily decisions are guided by trust, servitude, discipleship and integrity — the same principles he strives to model in his personal life. Zach credits his faith, his wife and his family for grounding him and inspiring his purpose. Outside of work, he and his wife are active in their church and community, volunteering locally and coaching their boys’ sports teams. For Zach, whether at work, home or church, it all comes down to one thing: building relationships that bring glory to God and serve others well.
