As Regional Sales Manager for Millwood’s Gulf Coast region, Chris Wille is responsible for developing relationships with customers, expanding Millwood’s presence in the market and providing packaging and pallet solutions that align with each customer’s unique needs. His focus is on building trust, delivering value and ensuring that every customer experience reflects Millwood’s commitment to integrity, service and partnership.
Chris joined Millwood after more than a decade in the steel industry, where he honed his skills in business development, operations and relationship management. After 10 years in the same market, he was ready for a new challenge — one that would allow him to grow professionally while serving customers in new and meaningful ways.
“I wanted a different challenge in a new market,” he says. “Millwood offered the opportunity to do that while working for a company that values people and faith.”
