Tonya Taylor serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Millwood’s Southeast Region, where she is responsible for supporting customers, growing relationships and ensuring that each partner receives reliable and solutions-driven service. Her role allows her to connect with a wide range of businesses across the supply chain and provide guidance rooted in experience, integrity and care.

Tonya’s path to Millwood was shaped by her desire to work for a company whose values aligned with her own. After spending her entire career in the consumable packaging industry, beginning right after high school, she wanted to take the next step with an organization grounded in honesty and strong principles. Millwood’s mission and culture stood out immediately, and incorporating pallet sales into her background allowed her to complete her understanding of the supply chain from end to end.

Throughout her time at Millwood, Tonya has achieved several meaningful milestones. Earning the Soaring Eagle Award in 2020 stands as one of her proudest accomplishments, recognizing her dedication to excellence and growth. She also achieved President’s Club recognition, a milestone that strengthened her confidence and further motivated her commitment to serving customers at the highest level.
