Regional Sales Manager - Bluegrass Region

As Regional Sales Manager for the Bluegrass Region, Mike Scoby has led sales efforts for Millwood since 2012, helping customers optimize the cost and performance of their pallet and packaging programs. With a focus on building trust and delivering value, Mike works closely with customers across a wide variety of industries, including food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical. His approach combines decades of industry experience with Millwood’s commitment to integrity, service and long-term partnership.

Mike began his career in the pallet industry in 1988 with a pallet company where he served in several leadership roles including Sales Manager, Plant Manager and eventually President. When Millwood purchased the pallet company in 2011, the transition marked a new chapter in his career and an opportunity to continue serving customers through a company whose values aligned closely with his own.

“Millwood’s emphasis on integrity when interacting with customers, vendors and co-workers is in perfect alignment with my own approach throughout my career,” he says.

In his role, Mike continues to strengthen relationships across the Bluegrass Region, ensuring that each customer receives solutions tailored to their specific operational needs. He also appreciates Millwood’s broader mission — not only to serve its customers but also to care for its team members and communities. “I value the company’s commitment to serving the needs of its people and the community at large,” he adds.

Mike’s leadership and decision-making are guided by a simple but powerful philosophy: “Honest effort, consistently applied, is a pathway to long-term success in almost every endeavor. We should always work hard to earn the trust of all and even harder to avoid violating that trust.”

His steady leadership, integrity and dedication to doing what’s right have made him a trusted partner to both his customers and colleagues across Millwood.
