Judy Staley has worked at Millwood for over 38 years and serves as a Customer Support Team Manager for Millwood’s Eastern Region where she leads a Team committed to dependable service, collaboration and continuous improvement. In her role Judy supports customers and internal Teams by sharing knowledge, solving problems and creating processes that help everyone work more efficiently and effectively.
Judy’s path to Millwood is rooted in her original career aspiration of becoming a teacher. While her professional journey took a different direction, the heart of that calling remains central to her work today. Her current role allows her to teach, mentor and share the knowledge she has gained over the years. Judy firmly believes that knowledge is power, and she enjoys empowering others through guidance, training and collaboration.
One of Judy’s most impactful accomplishments came in early 2019 when she helped initiate Ideation Meetings with the Inside Sales Department. Through those conversations and with strong support from the IT team, the group began moving toward paperless processes. This effort proved to be monumental when the pandemic began, allowing the team to transition to remote work smoothly while also supporting Millwood’s goal of going green. Judy takes great pride in being part of a solution that improved flexibility, efficiency and sustainability.
What sets Millwood apart for Judy is the company’s accessibility and collaborative culture. She values that Team Members work alongside customers and each other without hesitation.
