Lisa Luck serves as a Customer Support Manager at Millwood where she supports customers across the Atlantic Region, the Carolinas and the Piedmont areas. In her role Lisa works closely with customers, sales partners and internal Teams to ensure clear communication, dependable service and solutions that meet customer needs with consistency and care.
Lisa’s path to Millwood began after leaving the print industry as it continued to decline. She sought a new opportunity where her skills could be applied in a meaningful and stable environment and found that opportunity at Millwood. The transition allowed her to utilize her experience while becoming part of a company that values dedication, teamwork and service. From the beginning Lisa appreciated the sense of purpose and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers and coworkers alike.
Throughout her career at Millwood Lisa has achieved several notable milestones. She has received numerous Presidential Awards along with Millwood’s Soaring Eagle Award, recognizing her commitment to excellence and her consistent contributions to customer success. These achievements reflect her strong work ethic and her dedication to serving customers with accuracy and professionalism.
