As a Customer Support Manager, Lori Ramsbottom plays an important role in supporting Millwood’s Regional Customer and Sales operations. She works closely with customers and vendors to ensure seamless communication, dependable service and trusted partnerships across every stage of the process.
Her ability to build meaningful relationships and provide attentive support helps strengthen the connection between Millwood’s internal Teams, vendor partners and customers. Lori’s journey to Millwood began when a good friend told her about an open position.
She decided to apply, and as she puts it, “the rest is history.” Over time she has grown with the company and embraced its mission of faith, integrity and service. What keeps her motivated is the opportunity to make a difference every day — by supporting her Team, solving challenges and creating lasting partnerships based on trust and respect.
