As Customer Support Manager at Millwood, Sarah Drennen plays a key role in connecting customers with Millwood’s mills and ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery. She serves as a liaison between customers, vendors and Team Members with a clear goal to deliver products efficiently and stress free while building lasting, trustworthy relationships. Sarah’s commitment to service and her genuine care for people shines through in every interaction she has.
Sarah joined Millwood more than ten years ago after meeting a Team Member who shared how much they loved working there. As she met others from the company, she quickly realized Millwood was more than a workplace — it was a family.
“They all spoke so highly of Millwood,” Sarah recalls. “I knew it was a culture I wanted to be part of. The rest is history.”
Over the years, Sarah has become a vital part of the customer support team, known for her dedication, empathy and attention to detail. She works hard to ensure that each customer feels valued and supported, whether she’s coordinating logistics or helping resolve challenges.
“There isn’t a single customer that is just a number to me,” Sarah says. “Millwood is different, and I want them to feel that.”
What resonates most with Sarah about Millwood is its mission — that everyone who comes in contact with the company would clearly see the love of Christ in all that it does. She carries that mission into her daily work by treating others with kindness, patience, respect and forgiveness.
