Brad Bennett

VP Operations

As Vice President of Operations for Millwood’s Unit Load Business Unit (ULBU), Brad Bennett brings decades of executive leadership experience, a passion for developing people and a deep understanding of operational excellence.

His career has been built on guiding Teams toward growth, fostering innovation and leading with integrity — values that align perfectly with Millwood’s mission and four foundational Pillars of Trust, Servitude, Discipleship and Integrity.

Before joining Millwood, Brad spent a large portion of his professional career as an executive with a home improvement company. In that role, he was responsible for opening and developing markets and establishing supporting distribution networks across North America.

His work gave him an insider’s view of how logistics, manufacturing and operations function at scale. During this time, Brad came to appreciate one simple truth — pallets move the world. When he retired, he knew he wanted to continue serving in a space that directly supported supply chain efficiency and innovation. Millwood’s mission, culture and commitment to people provided the perfect fit.

Throughout his career, Brad has been guided by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to help others succeed.

“My most valued accomplishments are the leaders I’ve mentored,” he says. “Helping others reach their personal heights, supporting their Teams and organizations and walking beside them as they pursue their dreams — that’s what I’m most proud of.”

Brad also takes pride in having conceived and refined numerous manufacturing and operational strategies that have advanced organizational goals while improving the working environment for Team Members. His focus has always been on creating sustainable systems that empower people to thrive, both professionally and personally.

A veteran, Brad has also had the honor of serving his country — an experience that strengthened his sense of discipline, stewardship and gratitude. Those same principles guide how he leads his teams today.

“Live by the Golden Rule,” he says. “Stay in faith, strive to be a great steward of the business and the people entrusted to you, and invest your time and knowledge into those around you.”

Brad’s contributions extend beyond leadership and strategy. Over the years, he has played a key role in developing retail merchandising and distribution concepts, engineering and manufacturing processes to improve efficiencies and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs that enhance long-term operational performance. His approach to problem-solving is analytical and people-focused, rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.

What sets Millwood apart in Brad’s eyes is its unwavering commitment to people and purpose.

“Millwood’s strength lies in staying true to our Pillars — Trust, Servitude, Discipleship and Integrity — and keeping them as the visible foundation of our company,” he explains. “We are relentless in our pursuit of solutions to supply chain challenges, but we also never lose sight of the people we serve. Whether it’s our customers, our vendors or our Team Members, we aim to build partnerships based on respect and shared success.”

For Brad, leadership is about service and stewardship. He views his role not only as an opportunity to guide operations but as a responsibility to foster a culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

“The most important thing a leader can do,” he says, “is to create an environment where others can grow and succeed — where their faith, talents and hard work can flourish.”

With nearly a lifetime of operational expertise and a servant-leader mindset, Brad continues to drive Millwood’s mission forward while ensuring the company’s Teams, customers and partners experience the values that make Millwood unique. His leadership reflects the heart of the organization — a steadfast commitment to excellence, faith, and people.
