Jason Allen serves as Director of Mission Implementation at Millwood where he oversees the company’s chaplain ministry and leads efforts to develop programs that help Team Members grow personally, professionally and spiritually. His role is centered on supporting people through real life challenges and helping them succeed both inside and outside the workplace.

In addition to leading the Chaplain Ministry Jason is actively involved with Millwood’s Whitewood facilities and participates in various programs across the company. His work allows him to stay closely connected to Team Members at every level while ensuring Millwood’s mission is lived out in practical and meaningful ways each day.

Jason’s path to Millwood began around 2010 during a season of personal recovery following a back injury sustained while working in construction. During that time he received a call about an opportunity for full time ministry at Millwood. He believes God clearly directed that path and what followed has been an extraordinary journey of purpose and service.

Throughout his time at Millwood Jason has witnessed many powerful moments. He has seen lives transformed as people step into who God is calling them to be. He has walked alongside Team Members as they experience salvation, freedom from addiction, renewed hope after loss and restored marriages that once seemed destined for divorce. While these blessings are deeply rewarding, Jason also recognizes the weight of the role. One of the most difficult aspects of chaplain ministry is walking with Team Members through grief when they lose loved ones. In a company of this size those moments are frequent and deeply personal.

Jason believes what truly sets Millwood apart is its love for God and love for people. The company’s desire to see individuals excel and succeed physically, emotionally and spiritually goes far beyond typical corporate standards. The mission that all who come in contact with Millwood would clearly see the love of Jesus is not just spoken but lived out daily.

Jason’s leadership is shaped by his own testimony. He was delivered from a life of alcohol and drugs and experienced the restoration of a marriage that was once in ruins. That transformation fuels his calling to share God’s love and desire for the best in every person. Guided by scripture and faith Jason remains committed to serving others with compassion, hope and purpose.
