Chuck Gantz
Administrator of Chaplain Ministry
- Chuck Gantz
Chuck Gantz serves as the Administrator of Chaplain Ministry for Millwood Cares where he supports the spiritual care and well-being of Team Members across the organization. In this role Chuck helps coordinate chaplain services, provides guidance and ensures Millwood’s mission of faith and service is lived out in meaningful and practical ways throughout the company.
Chuck’s path to Millwood grew naturally from his calling and background in ministry. As a local pastor and President of the Mahoning County Hope Center, he saw Millwood Cares as a perfect fit for marketplace ministry. The opportunity to bring faith into the workplace and serve people where they spend much of their daily lives aligned closely with his heart for ministry and service.
Throughout his time at Millwood, Chuck has been involved in many areas of the organization. He has served as a chaplain, traveled to plants across the country to minister to Team Members and supported leadership through hands-on involvement. He also had the opportunity to oversee a plant in a Plant Manager role and assist with Human Resources efforts. These experiences gave Chuck a unique perspective on the needs of Team Members and the importance of caring for people at every level of the organization.
What sets Millwood apart for Chuck is simple and foundational. Christ is at the center of the business. That commitment shapes how decisions are made, how people are treated and how the company serves customers and communities. Chuck believes this faith-centered foundation allows Millwood to be more than a workplace and instead become a place of support, encouragement and purpose.
Chuck is grateful to have played a part in the growth and impact of the Millwood Cares ministry. He views his contributions as a small but meaningful role in helping the ministry continue to reach people across the company and beyond.
The principles that guide Chuck are rooted firmly in faith. He strives to put Christ first in every project he is involved in and to lead with humility, compassion and service. Through his work at Millwood, Chuck remains committed to walking alongside others, offering encouragement and helping people experience hope and care through their daily work.
