We intend to fill this area with a SEO enrichiched bio that will not talk about a ton of super personal stuff. After all, we are not trying to advertise which team members are Ohio State fans, or which ones like to take long walks on the beach. We are interested to communicate the experience and expertise that each team member brings. While this may not be “needed” for every team member, but the value of communicating the decades of experience and doing that in a way that communicates the information in a way that would ensure that this page / post is found when people are looking for a team member.
Technically, this is like a short blog post, and can be optimized as such. In addition to the “Our People” page, our goal would be to include this as a point of reference on relevant case studies or articles. For team members that are not necessarily needed to be featured, I would propose that we use the space to recommunicate the solution provider function of the Millwood team members. As a contrast, Jim Pepperney could be positioned very specifically for one of his areas of expertise – like the ASRS and we could position him as the leader there, while an inside sales manager we could emphasize our commitment to personal service in a way that is authentic, but more broad than narrow. I would think that this content could be a couple of paragraphs long averaging 250-300 words. To recap, a little personal info but more professional focus.
