Drew Benvenuti serves as a Regional Sales Manager, where he focuses on business development and helping customers identify the industrial crating and packaging solutions that best fit their operations. He believes the foundation of every successful partnership begins with listening. By taking the time to understand each customer’s processes, challenges and goals, Drew works closely with the Millwood Team to deliver practical solutions that create lasting value. His objective is to become a trusted resource for customers by building relationships that extend far beyond a single transaction.

Before joining Millwood, Drew spent more than 25 years in sales and business development, primarily serving the food service industry. While industrial packaging and crating presented a new opportunity, the principles that guide his career remained the same. He welcomed the chance to apply his experience in a new field, continue learning and contribute to a company focused on long-term growth and meaningful customer relationships.

Millwood’s faith-based foundation and commitment to people were among the qualities that attracted Drew to the organization. He enjoys learning how customers manufacture, package and ship their products so he can recommend solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
