Jak Birdsong serves as Regional Sales Manager for Millwood’s Ohio Valley territory, supporting customers throughout Greater Cincinnati and Dayton. He takes a solution-oriented approach to every customer relationship, working to understand each operation’s unique challenges and identifying the pallet, packaging and supply chain solutions that best meet their needs. His goal is to be a trusted resource who helps customers improve efficiency while creating long-term value.

Jak began his sales career with an equipment supplier in Cincinnati, where he built strong relationships with manufacturers across the Cincinnati market. That experience gave him valuable insight into the operational challenges businesses face and prepared him to help customers identify practical, results-driven solutions. Today, he is excited to bring Millwood’s broad range of products and services to organizations throughout the region while continuing to build lasting partnerships.

One of the aspects of Millwood that resonates most with Jak is the company’s commitment to relationships over transactions.
