As a member of Millwood’s Sourcing team, Andy Yost approaches his work with a simple belief: everything starts and ends with relationships. He works closely with Millwood’s sales and operations teams as well as vendor partners to connect the right resources with the right needs. For Andy, helping customers navigate solutions is the heart of the role, and he brings a steady, people-first approach to every conversation.

Andy joined Millwood after more than 20 years in leadership within the logistics industry. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how supply chains move and how much customers depend on partners who follow through. His previous role required frequent travel, and he reached a point in his career where he wanted work that would allow him to be home with his family more regularly. He knew of Millwood through a friend who is now a colleague, and that connection opened the door to a new chapter.

What resonates most with Andy is Millwood’s commitment to doing the right thing even when no one is watching. As a father of three teenagers, he often reminds his kids how important their integrity is and what shapes it: honesty, dependability and accountability. Seeing that same value at the center of Millwood’s mission made the company feel like a natural fit, and it continues to shape both his work and his family life.

In his role, Andy focuses on Millwood’s customer and supplier base, partnering closely with the sales team to support solutions that work for everyone involved.

He leads by serving others first and by being transparent and honest in every interaction. Andy makes a point of following up and staying available for team members and customers alike. Even when the answer isn’t the one someone hoped to hear, they can count on him to stay in touch, do his due diligence and share as much detail as possible.
