As a Regional Customer Manager at Millwood, Angie serves customers across the Great Lakes and North Central regions. In her role, she builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors and customers while coordinating sourcing and supply solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs. Her approach is grounded in responsiveness, honesty and care — qualities that reflect Millwood’s mission to serve others with excellence and integrity.
Angie’s journey with Millwood began in sourcing before transitioning into her current customer management role. With more than 10 years of experience in the pallet industry, she brings a deep understanding of the business and a passion for problem solving to every challenge. “I took the job because I felt it would allow me a good work life balance,” Angie says. “It not only gave me that, but I also enjoy all the challenges that come with the industry. I’ve met so many wonderful vendors and customers who have become very good friends.”
Before joining Millwood, Angie’s work focused primarily on recycled lumber. At Millwood, she expanded her expertise to include new, custom sizes and crate solutions — a shift that she describes as both challenging and rewarding. “It’s been fun to learn,” she says, crediting the company’s culture and teamwork for helping her grow.
For Angie, what sets Millwood apart is its genuine care for people. “A lot of companies talk about valuing their employees, but Millwood truly demonstrates it,” she says. “Having chaplains onsite, offering retreats for individuals and married couples and supporting mission trips are just a few examples of what makes this place special.”
Guided by her faith and personal values, Angie believes in always doing the right thing. “Good morals and being ethical are very important to me,” she says. That commitment to integrity shapes every decision she makes and continues to define the way she leads, serves and supports others at Millwood.
