As Regional Sales Manager for the Tennessee Valley Region, Dan McCollum oversees sales across four Millwood facilities and a large network of strategic partners. His focus is on delivering innovative, long-term solutions that strengthen customer relationships and drive operational success.
Dan joined Millwood in 2006 after being introduced to the company through a family connection. During his interview process, he was immediately drawn to Millwood’s strong values, people-first culture and faith-based mission. Nearly two decades later, those same qualities continue to inspire his dedication to serving his customers and Team.
Throughout his career, Dan has achieved several key milestones that reflect his commitment to excellence. He is a five-time Soaring Eagle Award winner and has earned both the New Account Belt and Platinum Sales recognitions. Among his proudest accomplishments is reaching his long-term goal of achieving $40 million in annual sales. His success is built on a combination of strategic insight, persistence and genuine care for the people he works with.
Dan’s approach to sales is centered on building solutions, not just transactions. He and his team focus on complete pallet management programs and serve a wide range of industries. Many of his accounts have partnered with Millwood for more than 15 years, a testament to the trust and consistency that define his work.

Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids and being outdoors hunting and fishing.
