Jose Perez serves as a Regional Chaplain Coordinator at Millwood where he works alongside local chaplains to ensure Team Members have access to spiritual guidance, encouragement and support. In this role Jose focuses on helping meet the personal, professional and spiritual needs of Millwood Team Members while fostering an environment where individuals feel valued, supported and cared for. His work centers on building relationships, offering guidance and helping Team Members grow in their faith.

Jose’s path to Millwood began through years of service within his church where he participated in various ministries and leadership roles. Through those experiences he developed a deep passion for serving people and sharing the message of faith and hope. When the opportunity arose to serve as a chaplain with Millwood, he recognized it as a natural extension of his calling and accepted the role with enthusiasm. Since joining the organization he has embraced the chance to minister in the workplace and support the lives of those around him.

One aspect of Millwood’s culture that resonates deeply with Jose is the company’s commitment to showing the love of Christ in everything it does. He believes this mission creates meaningful connections with Team Members and customers. Jose’s primary focus is discipling Team Members and helping them grow in their personal walk with Christ. He seeks to provide encouragement, prayer and guidance while creating opportunities for individuals to deepen their faith and find hope during joyful and challenging seasons of life.

The principles that guide Jose in his work are compassion and accountability. He believes that demonstrating Christ’s love through compassion helps people feel seen and supported while personal accountability ensures he remains faithful to his commitments and responsibilities.

Outside of his work Jose enjoys ministering to others, sharing the Word and spending meaningful time with his wife and their dog. His passion for serving people continues to shape his ministry and everyday life.
