Todd Pipoly serves as a National Account Manager at Millwood where he supports customers across multiple locations and ensures each account experiences the consistency, service and partnership that define Millwood’s approach. In his role he focuses on bringing national programs together under one cohesive strategy while strengthening relationships that help customers operate with confidence and efficiency.
Todd’s path to Millwood began after a long and successful career in pharmaceutical sales. Over his 20 years in that field he worked under leaders who recognized his integrity, work ethic and commitment to serving people well. It was through one of these former managers that he learned about Millwood. What ultimately drew Todd in was Millwood’s culture. He saw an environment built on faith, respect and teamwork where people genuinely care about one another and the customers they serve.
In National Accounts Todd finds great satisfaction in onboarding multiple locations and unifying them under the Millwood umbrella. He enjoys helping customers transition smoothly and values the challenge of building programs that deliver reliability at scale. These successes reinforce his belief in the strength of collaboration and the importance of staying aligned across teams.
