As a Regional Sales Manager at Millwood, Chris leads territory development and client relations, focusing on growing partnerships and delivering tailored pallet and crating solutions to customers across his region. His approach is grounded in trust, transparency and long-term collaboration — values that reflect both his personal principles and Millwood’s company culture.
Chris came to Millwood after being recruited from Crown Forklifts, where he gained extensive experience in the warehouse and manufacturing industry. The opportunity to stay within that world — but with a faster-paced, more diverse product line — appealed to him. He was drawn to Millwood not only for its dynamic business model but also for its mission and values. “Millwood’s pillars of Servitude and Integrity resonate most with me,” Chris says. “I try to live both my professional and personal life by giving customers 100% of my effort and being upfront and honest in every interaction.”
In his role, Chris primarily focuses on pallets and crates, but his commitment to customer success extends far beyond product categories. He’s passionate about helping customers in any industry or field find the right solutions for their shipping and packaging needs — whether that means solving complex logistical challenges or simply being a reliable partner when they need support most.
