Secure Your Legacy: Sell to Our Family-Owned Pallet Business!

It’s no secret that Millwood, Inc. has been growing quickly in the past year. We successfully acquired and onboarded several new facilities in 2022 and are actively seeking more opportunities for expansion across the country this year. If you own a small pallet business, here are four reasons you may want to consider joining the Millwood family.

  1. Millwood’s values: As a faith-based company, our Christian values guide our business decisions. Our mission is that all who come in contact with us would clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do, and that includes any businesses we partner with or acquire.
  2. Millwood’s dedicated chaplains: When a new team member joins Millwood, they become part of the family. That same sentiment is at the forefront when Millwood determines what companies to acquire or partner with. Each of our locations is equipped with a dedicated chaplain who can serve and assist team members personally, professionally and spiritually 24/7.
  3. Millwood’s expertise: Millwood is a long-established company with nearly 40 locations and over 40 years in the pallet and packaging industry. We are a leader in the marketplace with the experience and expertise to optimize operations and improve profitability at smaller shops.
  4. Opportunities for growth: Millwood’s reach is national, allowing us to break into new markets and develop new products that may not be possible for smaller, regional operations to do on their own.
Millwood acquired Austin Pallet Company in Pflugerville, TX last year. The previous owner, James Scherer, now works with Millwood in a regional operations management capacity.

“My wife and I purchased Austin Pallet with the hopes of one day being able to make this step,” Scherer said. “We’re thrilled to be a part of the Millwood family and look forward to helping Millwood grow in Texas and beyond.”

Millwood is blessed to have been able to expand our business to nearly 40 facilities and counting. If you’re interested in learning more about what Millwood can do for your business, contact us today!
