Spiritual Guidance at Work: Millwood Chaplain Officiates Team Member Wedding

A Millwood Inc. Chaplain signs the official wedding documents of a Millwood Team member after officiating their wedding.
A Millwood team member from South Carolina recently took an important step in his life with his chaplain by his side every step of the way. The chaplain officiated the team member’s wedding after encouraging him to enter the holy covenant of matrimony.

“The couple had been living together for years. They understood that it was better to put everything in the order of the Lord,” the chaplain said. “I was able to officiate this marriage in a family environment and affirm the word of God about what it means to fulfill what God has established by joining together in the holy state of matrimony.”

The wedding was held at the couple’s home on their patio.

“I celebrate this victory of God, affirming marriage. It was a blessing and privilege to be able to marry them,” the chaplain said.

Millwood’s mission is that all who come in contact with our company would clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do. Our dedicated chaplain team is a vital part of our Millwood Cares program and help us realize that mission by providing resources and spiritual guidance and services to our team members.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and may their union continue to be blessed.
