We receive these customers’ pallets and then sort, repair and paint the pallets. The repaired pallets are then warehoused and shipped back out as needed.

Millwood marked International Dog Day with a virtual pup parade, honoring its dog-friendly corporate culture established in 2017, when team members brought their dogs to work and beyond. This year’s celebration included more than 60 submissions from facilities across the country.
